Powdered Activated Carbon Dosing Plant
Our powdered activated carbon dosing plant convey a precisely dosed quantity of product to the desired place. A differential proportioning weigher system makes precise dosing even of the smallest quantities feasible.
Process
The powdered activated carbon is conveyed from the storage device (silo or big bags) by a rotary feeder to the dosing unit. From there it is conveyed by a fine dosing worm conveyor into a wetting funnel and hence flushed via a water jet pumpto the injection point. The dosing unit consists of a differential dosing scale (weighed storage container) and a fine dosing worm conveyor. The storage tank is filled automatically via a rotary feeder. Very high dosing precision is thus feasible.
