Mobile powder activated carbon dosing plant

In many cases there is a need to gain initial operating experiences with PAC in the 4th cleaning stage and other applications. SCHAUB Umwelttechnik GmbH would like to contribute to the implementation of pilot projects or further trials.

Description

  • For experiments, for example, on the elimination of anthropogenic trace substances in sewage 
  • treatment plants or the elimination of mercury from the flue gas of power plants.
  • Compact and mobile system in a 10-foot technology container
  • There are three removable containers available with 2 m³ content
  • For use with all commercially available powder activated carbons
  • PAC dosing capacity 0.5 - 10 kg/h and 3 - 30 kg/h with a dosing accuracy of 0.5%

Procedure

  • Gravimetric dosing
  • Mechanically decoupled system
  • Transport of the PAC as an aqueous suspension
  • Use of service water as process water
  • Const. Operating pressure > 3bar and 1.2m3/h - Use of a water jet pump for suspension transport
  • Pressure increase and pre-filter for the process water

  • Outdoor installation possible for -20 to +40 °C
